We explore the dynamics of bacterial virulence and employ computational techniques to explore the potential sources which can act as novel inhibitors against these bacteria. Some of the biological systems that we have worked on are Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, etc.
We explore the potential small molecules from Medicinal Plants that can act as potent inhibitors against different Neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's, Dementia, etc. We employ Molecular Dynamic Simulation to explore the dynamics of how these small molecules interact with the causative receptors.
With the advent of SARS-CoV-2, it becomes imperative to understand the viral transmission dynamics in the general population and the molecular mechanism behind the viral mechanics. We utilise computational expertise to explore the viral transmission dynamics and potential drug molecules to inhibit the viral spread.
